Combi-steam mode

Discover the unique Combi-steam cooking mode which combines steam cooking with natural convection, to steam and crisp dishes at the same time. The steam created from the liquids added to the cooking tank (water, broth, wine, etc.) will bring softness and flavor to the food during cooking. The result ? Perfectly cooked foods that are tender and juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside.

• Perfect for quickly and easily cooking a wide variety of dishes, such as lemon and herb chicken with garlic potatoes, or shrimp skewers with fragrant rice.

Use the Fry & Steam program to prepare crispy vegetables and to cook fresh or frozen foods, such as salmon fillets, without drying them out. Enjoy fried foods that are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside without feeling guilty. This program is also ideal for preparing a perfectly moist and au gratin lasagna in no time!

Pressure cooker mode
